The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that breaks work into focused intervals. You can use VisionFocus’s timer to practice this technique.

  1. Work Phase: Set a 25-minute timer for focused work
  2. Short Break: Take a 5-minute break when the timer ends
  3. Repeat: Complete 4 work phases
  4. Long Break: Take a 15-30 minute break after 4 cycles
  1. Set your timer to 25 minutes
  2. Click “Start Timer” and focus on your task
  3. When the notification appears, manually start a 5-minute break timer
  4. After your break, reset the timer for your next work session
  5. Track your completed cycles manually

Pro Tip: Combine VisionFocus’s blocking feature during work phases to eliminate distractions. You can adjust your blocklist during breaks if needed.

VisionFocus keeps you informed about your focus sessions through notifications.

  2. Go to the “Stats” tab
  3. Review your focus metrics
